Audio you generate, patches you create, and preferences you adjust are processed on your device. Where the Service stores settings between sessions, it does so using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

The Service is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare and Lovable). These providers may automatically log standard request data (such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and operational purposes, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not use this data to identify individual users.

We do not currently run advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics on the Service. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and the change date below will be revised.

The Service does not set tracking cookies. Essential browser storage (such as local storage) may be used to remember your in-app preferences. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Because we do not maintain user accounts or personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You remain in control of any data stored locally in your browser and can clear it at any time.

The Service may be accessed from anywhere in the world. By using it, you understand that any incidental log data described above may be processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own.
